Opening Speech 

The opening speech is a document in which every delagate greets to all comision, gives some general information his country, talking about the situation of his country depending of the subjet of the comision, the way his country is facing the problem and finally take a posicion about the general world problem.
The document have to have, flag of the country, shield of the country, shield of UN, your name, oficial name of the country, name of the comision and issues.
